This short book of 34 pages was born from the Limoncello making class I teach two seasons out of the year when oranges and lemons are in a fragrant full production. Many times, the participants to my classes asked me if the material I was talking about during classes was included in any of my previous published cookery books in which I feature the cuisine of Puglia, my native land and one of the Italian southern regions.
Their question always caught me off guard. I never thought the ancient practice of making simple food out of scraps that generally are thrown away, would have become such a great hit but it did and finally, I decided to collect all of those traditions in one short book. With this information, no food will go to waste, it will create a new awareness that all parts of the food are made for consumption.

Making food is not wasted time, but a great part of our healthy life that we can plan every day.
If there is no time to take care of your food and health, what is there time for?
Our stomach requires attention, it is the center of all happenings in the brain and heart.
Most people think cooking is a waste of time, I can assure you, often, I make a four-course meal in forty-five minutes from preparation, cooking, and serving.
It all depends on what kind of nutrition one wants to follow, mine is simple, nothing I eat requires a lot of ingredients, or an army of cooks, nor a great expenditure of time.

In this book, all recipes are about lemons and their various uses, including recipes for beauty products made from the food I eat every day.
My lemon beauty solutions are very easy to make and very effective.
